Conditions to be taken into account when receiving the Products by the Customer;
  • Have the products installed and assembled by the personnel of the retailer from whom you purchased the products.
  • Do not take delivery of the problem part that occurs during the delivery and assembly of the products. If the defective part does not prevent use, continue to use the part until a new one is delivered to you.
  • Have your warranty certificate approved by the retailer from whom you purchased the products and receive your products with your invoice and the warranty certificate. And keep these two documents together. When you have service requests under the guarantee, you must present the guarantee certificate. If the guarantee certificate or the invoice are not presented, they will not be taken into account within the framework of the guarantee.
  • Compliance with the instructions for use and the warning labels that will be given to you when the products are delivered are part of the warranty conditions.

  • General warranty conditions and details of the warranty conditions;
  • The warranty period for the products is 2 (Two) years. The warranty period for the products will begin after the end consumer purchasing the product(s) has received the products from the reseller/authorized dealer.
  • All parts that make up the entire product are under warranty for 2 (two) years.
  • • The repair time is MAXIMUM 20 (twenty) working days. This period runs from the date of notification of the defect related to the goods, to the authorized service center or to the seller. If the defect in the goods cannot be repaired within 10 working days, the manufacturer or the retailer must assign another good with similar characteristics for use by the consumer, until the repair of the good is completed. If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, the time spent on the repair is added to the warranty period. The consumer must notify the default; by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, etc. In the event of a dispute, the burden of proof concerning the notification lies with the consumer.

  • If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to manufacture and have the good repaired without claiming any remuneration under another name, such as 'cost of labour', 'cost of spare part' or any other designation. The consumer can also use the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, the manufacturer and the importer are jointly responsible for the use of this right by the consumer

  • Conditions and reasons out of warranty;
  • Damage and malfunctions detected by the retailer following a user error,
  • Damage and malfunctions occurring during loading, unloading and transport after the delivery of the products to the customer,
  • Damage and malfunctions caused by non-compliance with the user manual,
  • One of the warranty conditions is that at least one of the people who buys or who will use the products is present during the delivery. If the customer who makes the purchase cannot receive the products himself, he will designate the person who can take responsibility for receiving the products. Consequently, the delivery receipt will be signed by the retailer and the designated person. If problems, troubles or errors are not specified in the signed delivery note, the customer's orders will be deemed to have been delivered without problem and in full. Even if the customer declares that there is a problem and a fault afterwards and there is no explanation for the problem, the customer's declarations are considered out of warranty.

  • General warnings on the use of the product;
  • Protect your products from violent shocks. Hard and severe impacts can cause tears in the fabric and breakage in the wooden areas
  • Do not carry the products you have purchased dragging them off the ground when moving them inside your home or when moving them from your home to another home.
  • Do not place hot tools and equipment on your products.
  • Do not force or stretch the leather covered parts of the seams,
  • Different upholstery and sewing techniques (covered, quilted, stretched upholstery, etc.) are used in different designs. Therefore, the abundance or tension that occurs in certain patterns is part of the characteristics of that pattern.

  • Recommendations for cleaning, maintenance and use of your products;
  • You should have your sofa and upholstery cleaned by dry cleaning companies. Otherwise, it is inevitable that the upholstered fabrics will wear out, fade, and the fabric will separate from the lamination and shrink. In this case, the problems that arise will be evaluated outside the scope of the guarantee.
  • Do not clean your products with a carpet washing machine. In addition, attach the sweeper seat cleaning device and perform the cleaning process.
  • Before cleaning, test the product you will use by applying it to the invisible surface of the fabric to see the benefits and damage it will bring to the fabric and its texture.
  • Clean spilled liquid stains on your products without wasting time with a damp cloth without exerting pressure,
  • if your product gets wet for any reason, especially dry it at home. Do not dry in direct sunlight.
